About Us
Who are we
Joel and Matt have been working together for a number of years through All Star Activities. Having a partnership with both experience educating young people and playing football at a professional level seemed to be the ideal solution to develop young children in sports participation specialising in football.
Our Team
Joel leads the coaching side of the company ensuring that all of our coaches are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what they are doing. We recruit aspiring or current professionals either from the sport or from an education setting.
Matt leads on the HR side of the company ensuring the the coaches are appropriately qualified and hold current DBS checks and safeguarding certificates.
Our Ethos
With both partners participating in sport at a high level and working in an education setting rather than just coaching we tend to use a player lead structure. This means players are encouraged and motivated to learn rather than told and shouted at. We consider this to be especially important with young children to ensure they have a positive introduction to the sport.
With our background in professional participation we strive to ensure each child is able to perform at their best, is able to take both winning and losing equally well and is able to understand how to achieve greater performance.
